•  I have over 15 years of work experience with the public.

•  I am a member of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

•  I follow all New York State Standards of Practice.

• I fulfill 24 hours of continuing education every year.

• I own and use state-of-the-art equipment.

•  I am available on weekdays & weekends.

• I generate easy-to-read inspection reports within 24 hours of the inspection.

•  I am certified by New York’s home inspection course of Long Island, and I have passed over 20 different exams specific to New York state inspection requirements.
